Prompt 1: Getting Ready

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up? What’s your morning routine like? How long does your routine take? How do you choose what to wear? Are you calm and cool and arrive 5 minutes early? Or, is every morning chaos and you hope for a miracle that you make it on time? Do you have siblings that mess things up? Does your hair get on your nerves? Do you wear sweat pants every day or come home to a huge pile of morning reject clothes that didn’t make the cut? What feelings do you have when you’re on your way to school?

All of these answers will seem normal to you. But you will be surprised how different the little things are. 

Based on the number of responses we receive, we may put together one post with a collaboration of responses. We will keep your writing anonymous if you have selected that option.
